Bunda Literasi Babel Ajak Guru SMAN 1 Pangkalpinang Seimbangkan Perkembangan Teknologi dan Penguatan Kualitas SDM

PANGKALPINANG, SOROTANBERITA.COM — Bunda Literasi Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, Noni Hidayat Arsani, mengajak kepala sekolah dan guru SMAN 1 Pangkalpinang menyeimbangkan perkembangan teknologi dengan penguatan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM).
Menurut Noni, kemajuan teknologi yang berlangsung pesat harus diiringi kesiapan SDM agar dunia pendidikan mampu mengikuti perubahan zaman.
“Di era sekarang ini, teknologi sangat berkembang. Kita memang harus menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan zaman, supaya kita tidak tertinggal,” kata Noni dalam sambutannya saat pembukaan acara Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) Mengajar di SMAN 1 Pangkalpinang, Selasa (6/10/2026).
Noni mengatakan penguasaan teknologi saja tidak cukup jika tidak dibarengi kualitas SDM yang memadai.
“Teknologinya ada, SDM-nya kurang mumpuni, itu juga bisa tertinggal. Jadi dua-duanya harus sejalan,” ujarnya.
Menurut Noni, perkembangan teknologi membawa manfaat sekaligus tantangan bagi generasi muda. Karena itu, ia menilai keseimbangan antara pemanfaatan teknologi dan penguatan kualitas SDM penting diterapkan di lingkungan sekolah, termasuk di SMAN 1 Pangkalpinang sebagai salah satu sekolah unggulan.
“Kami yakin, sekolah ini bisa menerapkan keseimbangan dua hal ini ke para siswa. Kami optimis, sekolah ini akan terus mencetak generasi-generasi penerus terbaik untuk Pangkalpinang dan Bangka Belitung ke depannya,” ujarnya.
Selain kemampuan akademik dan penguasaan teknologi, Noni mengingatkan pentingnya penguatan pendidikan karakter kebangsaan bagi siswa. Ia meminta nilai-nilai kebangsaan tetap menjadi pijakan di tengah perubahan zaman.
“Jangan sampai norma-norma kebangsaan kita menjadi hilang,” pesannya.
Noni menilai pendidikan karakter tidak dapat dipisahkan dari penguasaan pengetahuan dan teknologi. Ia berharap SMAN 1 Pangkalpinang terus melahirkan generasi yang memiliki kemampuan akademik sekaligus karakter yang kuat.
“Kita butuh SDM penerus yang baik dan berkarakter. Peran sekolah dan guru sangat diperlukan,” ujarnya.
“Mari bersama-sama pastikan, generasi penerus kita mampu mengikuti perkembangan teknologi, tanpa kehilangan nilai-nilai kebangsaan, yang menjadi pijakan dalam kehidupan,” pungkasnya.(Rls)
